Fr. Brian T. Austin, FSSP, JCL/MCL

A Florida native, Fr. Austin attended Vanderbilt University for one year as a National Merit Scholar, but left in order to read the Great Books at St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD. After teaching for several years, he entered Our Lady of Guadalupe Seminary in Nebraska, where he studied for seven years. Following his ordination to the transitional diaconate for the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter, he has had the following assignments:

  • Parochial Vicar, Parish of the Holy Family, Dayton, OH (2015-2016)
  • Parochial Vicar, Parish of St. Clement at the Church of St. Anne, Ottawa, Ontario (2013-2015)
  • Assistant Chaplain, Christ the King Mission, Sarasota, Florida (2009-2013)
  • Deacon, Mater Misericordiae Mission (now Parish), Phoenix, Arizona (2008-2009)
